Leveraging the high compatibility of existing aquatic feed production lines in core processes like high-temperature extrusion, pellet shaping, and oil coating, he decisively opted for a dual-purpose design.

Raw Materials Processing
Receive, clean, and measure all kinds of raw materials to remove impurities and ensure stable feeding conditions.

Crushing System
Process the raw materials into a particle size suitable for extrusion.

Mixing System
Pour the ground raw materials into a mixer according to the formula ratio and mix them evenly.

Extrusion System
Feed the mixed materials into an extruder, where they are formed into pellets under high temperature and pressure. This is a key step in producing floating pellets commonly used in aquatic feed.

Drying System
The freshly extruded pellets have very high moisture content and need to be dried in a dryer. This prevents mold growth and extends shelf life.

Spraying System
After drying, the pellets are sprayed with oil, fish oil, or other nutrients. This not only increases the energy and palatability of the feed, making it more appealing to fish, but also forms a protective layer on the surface of the pellets to reduce nutrient loss.

Cooling System
The coated pellets are still hot and need to be cooled down in a cooler. This prevents caking and makes the pellets firmer, reducing breakage during packaging and transportation. The cooled pellets feel at room temperature and dry to the touch.

Packaging System
Packaged in bags of 10/20/50 kg depending on customer needs. The packaging machine automatically weighs and seals the bags.

After the customer confirmed the plan and signed the contract, our factory immediately began production. All feed equipment used in this 1 t/h pet food & floating fish feed plant is self-manufactured by RICHI, with some key components custom-made based on the customer’s raw material type and process needs.
During production, our engineers rigorously monitor every step—from material selection to assembly and commissioning—following unified quality standards to ensure reliable performance and stable operation.
At the same time, to let customers know the progress more, we regularly capture photos and videos of the equipment manufacturing process, showcasing key equipment and semi-finished products.
