The SZLH Series Feed Pellet Machine is an industrial pelleting solution designed for commercial feed production. It features a proven mechanical structure, making it ideal for commercial feed mills and large-scale farming operations. The machine can process feed for different animal growth stages and various formulas.

By adjusting feed formulas and ring die specifications, the equipment produces pellets of different sizes. It meets the production needs for poultry feed, pig feed, cattle and sheep feed, and other terrestrial animal feed.

Configuration with International Brand Core Components

The main motor uses a Siemens motor, and the bearings are SKF bearings. Core components are configured with proven brands to reduce selection risks in critical areas.

Stainless Steel Pelleting Components

The pelleting chamber features stainless steel, and the ring die is fully stainless steel. The conditioner and feeder use 304 stainless steel to reduce corrosion in material-contact areas.

High-Strength Transmission Structure

Shaft components are made of 42CrMo alloy steel, and the gearbox uses ductile iron. This enhances the load-bearing capacity of transmission parts, making it suitable for continuous stress during feed pellet processing.

Three-Layer Conditioning Design

Equipped with a three-layer conditioner, it ensures full mixing of materials with steam, providing better conditioning conditions for pellet processing of different feed formulas.

Processing of Various Feed Pellets

By adjusting feed formulas and changing ring die specifications, the machine can produce feed pellets for poultry, pigs, cattle, sheep, and other animals. It can also produce sinking fish feed and shrimp feed.

International Certifications

The equipment has passed CE, ISO, and BV certifications, meeting overseas market procurement standards.
