Project Overview: 3 T/H Multi-Functional Feed Production Line
Designed specifically for the UAE market, this multi-functional feed production line targets the region’s primary aquaculture species. It is engineered to produce high-quality extruded feed for fish such as Sea Bass, Tilapia, and Snapper, as well as premium shrimp feed. The line also features the flexibility to switch between aquatic feed and pet food (cat and dog food), allowing it to handle everything from fry feed to adult fish feed all on a single line.
Versatile Raw Material Compatibility
The production line is designed to accommodate a wide range of locally available and imported raw materials. These include fish meal, fish oil, shrimp shell meal, biscuit meal, molasses, corn, and soybean meal, ensuring it fully adapts to the diverse supply landscape of the UAE.

To combat the UAE’s high temperatures and high salinity, our process design specifically addresses the impact of climate and water quality on feed quality. The entire line—from grinding, batching, and conditioning/extrusion to drying, spraying, cooling, and packing—utilizes mature and stable processes. Through automated control, every stage works in precise coordination to guarantee processing quality, whether producing small 0.6mm granules or large 12mm pellets.

Once operational, the project will achieve an annual capacity of approximately 20,000 tons (calculated at 6,000 operating hours per year), providing a stable feed supply for local and surrounding aquaculture farms. After the customer confirmed the plan and signed the contract, our factory immediately began production.
