Raw Materials Processing

Receive, clean, and measure all kinds of raw materials to remove impurities and ensure stable feeding conditions.

Process the raw materials into a particle size suitable for extrusion.

Pour the ground raw materials into a mixer according to the formula ratio and mix them evenly.

Feed the mixed materials into an extruder, where they are formed into pellets under high temperature and pressure. This is a key step in producing floating pellets commonly used in aquatic feed.

The freshly extruded pellets have very high moisture content and need to be dried in a dryer. This prevents mold growth and extends shelf life.

After drying, the pellets are sprayed with oil, fish oil, or other nutrients. This not only increases the energy and palatability of the feed, making it more appealing to fish, but also forms a protective layer on the surface of the pellets to reduce nutrient loss.

The coated pellets are still hot and need to be cooled down in a cooler. This prevents caking and makes the pellets firmer, reducing breakage during packaging and transportation. The cooled pellets feel at room temperature and dry to the touch.

Packaged in bags of 10/20/50 kg depending on customer needs. The packaging machine automatically weighs and seals the bags.

This factory uses an advanced extrusion process to produce sinking shrimp feed (1.5–8 mm). For ingredients, it not only uses common local soybean meal but also adds by-products from the banana industry to improve efficiency and stabilize costs. The production line is specially equipped with a spraying system to add key nutrients like astaxanthin and probiotics at low temperatures, preventing them from being destroyed by heat. This helps shrimp digest better, be healthier, and have a brighter, more marketable color.
