Он будет подключен к котлу, а пар будет поставляться из парового котла. сырьё для корма и пар будут смешиваться в кондиционере.

Цель использования горячего пара при смешивании с сырьем в кондиционере:

Назначение котла:

(1): Горячий пар уничтожит все бактерии в сырье, чтобы сделать корм более полезным
(2): Горячий пар будет обработывать материалы, чтобы конечный корм был более легко усваиваемым
(3): Горячий пар сделает материалы более мягкими, чтобы их легче прессовать их в гранулы. Увеличение конечного объема формовки гранул, что позволит увеличить производственную мощность.
(4): «Горячая» линия будет добавлять 2% влаги в материалы, при этом производительность увеличится примерно на 5%–10% по сравнению с работой без котла
(5): Горячий пар приготовит корм, сделает его более вкусным, и животные будут предпочитать есть. Топливо для котла: может быть нефть, газ, биомасса, уголь, электроэнергия и т. д.

Лопатка будет перемешивать сырье для кормов с горячим паром (поступающим из котла).

The cutter assembly can control the length of final pellet and the scraper can clean up the reduce of the empty shaft, avoid material deterioration and contamination of other materials.

There is a separate electric control cabinet beside each RICHI feed pellet machine, this control cabinet can independently control the operation of the pellet machine and issue instruction. In case of emergency, the pellet machine can be shut down separately for maintenance without affecting the normal operation of other equipment.
