Le matériau est acheminé vers le dispositif d'alimentation par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de régulation de la vitesse du régulateur de vitesse du dispositif d'alimentation.

Ce modèle est équipé d'un système avancé d'alimentation par moteur à fréquence variable, avec des de protection contre les surcharges et des machines situées en dehors de l’ organisation d’imbrication ;

La machine à granulés à matrice annulaire est équipée d'un conditionneur. Le conditionneur est entièrement fabriqué en acier inoxydable 100%.

Le rôle du après-shampoing :

Elle sera raccordée à la chaudière, la vapeur sera fournie par la chaudière à vapeur. Les Matières premières d'alimentation et vapeur seront mélangées dans le conditionneur.

Le but de la vapeur chaude lorsqu’elle est mélangée aux matières premières dans le conditionneur :

La fonction d’une chaudière :

(1) : La vapeur chaude va tuer toutes les bactéries présentes dans les matières premières, afin de rendre les aliments pour animaux plus sains
(2) : La vapeur chaude va cuire les matières, afin de rendre l’ aliment final plus facilement digestible
(3) : La vapeur chaude rendra les matériaux plus souples, ce qui permettra de les plus facilement comprimables en granulés. Augmentez la quantité finale de granulés formés afin d’ augmenter la capacité de production.
(4) : L'équipe « Hot » ajoutera 2% d'humidité dans les matériaux ; la capacité augmentera d’environ 5% à 10% par rapport à une situation sans chaudière
(5) : La vapeur chaude va cuire les aliments, rendre la nourriture plus savoureuse, les animaux les animaux préféreront manger. Le combustible de la chaudière : peut être du fioul, du gaz, de la biomasse, du charbon, de l’électricité, etc.

The paddle will mix the raw material of feed with hot steam(produced from boiler).

RICHI pelletizing chamber of feed pellet machine used for pelletizing feed pellet , RICHI optimized structure of the granulating chamber ensures the uniformity of the material and maximizes the working potential of the granulating machine.

The pelletizing chamber include the roller assembly, stainless steel ring die, cutter assembly, feed chute,Manuel feed inlet, etc.

The roller assembly – Made of 40CrMnTi, the structure of the eccentric shaft can better adjust the distance between the ring die and press roller.

The ring die – 304 stainless steel , corrosion resistance, Full automatic CNC ring die drilling machine and vacuum heat treatment technology.

The cutter assembly can control the length of final pellet and the scraper can clean up the reduce of the empty shaft, avoid material deterioration and contamination of other materials.

There is a separate electric control cabinet beside each RICHI feed pellet machine, this control cabinet can independently control the operation of the pellet machine and issue instruction. In case of emergency, the pellet machine can be shut down separately for maintenance without affecting the normal operation of other equipment.
