This 8-ton-per-hour line is designed to produce high-quality fish and shrimp feed. Our client, a major aquaculture farmer, needed a dedicated feed system to ensure a stable supply and superior quality as their farming operations expanded.
The client required a single line that could produce both fish and shrimp feed, with the ability to adjust pellet sizes and formulas. Our solution was designed for easy switching between products to meet various market orders.
The line covers the full production process: raw material handling, mixing, extrusion, drying, sparying, cooling, and packaging. The extrusion system is key, allowing us to adjust settings to create the perfect pellets for both fish and shrimp. The drying and coating systems ensure the final product is stable and high-quality.

Esmagamento System
Raw materials like soybean meal and corn arrive at the factory already cleaned and screened. Therefore, no dedicated cleaning equipment is needed. The materials enter the workshop and go directly into the grinding section to achieve the required fineness for fish and shrimp feed.

Since the client produces both fish and shrimp feed, the ingredient ratios vary by product. The mixing section ensures that soybean meal, corn, broken rice, and other raw materials are fully blended to create a uniform mixture.

This is the core of the entire production line. The equipment is designed to produce both fish and shrimp feed. By changing the molds and adjusting process parameters, it can create pellets of different specifications.

Pellets coming out of the extruder have high temperature and moisture content, so they must go through the drying process. Both the fish and shrimp feed undergo this step before moving to the next stage.

Some products require added oil, so the line is equipped with a coating unit. The client can adjust the oil addition amount based on the formula. Products that do not need coating can pass through directly.

Cooling & Screening System
After drying and coating, the pellets enter the cooling section to reduce their temperature. Then, a screening machine separates fine powder and broken pellets, ensuring the final product looks neat and consistent.
