A máquina de pellets do tipo matriz anelar está equipada com um condicionador. O condicionador é fabricado inteiramente em aço inoxidável 100%.

A função do condicionador :

Será ligado à caldeira, e o vapor será fornecido pela caldeira de vapor.matérias-primas matérias-primas da ração e o vapor serão misturados no condicionador.

O objetivo do vapor quente quando misturado com as matérias-primas no condicionador:

A função da caldeira:

(1): O vapor quente irá eliminar todas as bactérias nas matérias-primas, para tornar a ração mais saudável
(2): Vapor quente irá cozinhar os materiais, para tornar a ração final mais facilmente digerível
(3): O vapor quente vai tornar os materiais mais macios, para que os materiais mais fáceis de serem prensados em pastilhas. Aumentar a quantidade final de moldagem dos pellets, de modo a aumentar a capacidade de produção.
(4): A equipa de produção a quente irá adicionar 2% de humidade aos materiais, a capacidade aumentará cerca de 5%-10% em comparação com a situação sem caldeira
(5): O vapor quente vai cozinhar os ingredientes, tornar a ração mais deliciosa, os animais vão preferir comer. O combustível da caldeira: pode ser petróleo, gás, biomassa, carvão, eletricidade, etc.

RICHI pelletizing chamber of feed pellet machine used for pelletizing feed pellet , RICHI optimized structure of the granulating chamber ensures the uniformity of the material and maximizes the working potential of the granulating machine.

The pelletizing chamber include the roller assembly, stainless steel ring die, cutter assembly, feed chute,Manuel feed inlet, etc.

The roller assembly – Made of 40CrMnTi, the structure of the eccentric shaft can better adjust the distance between the ring die and press roller.

The ring die – 304 stainless steel , corrosion resistance, Full automatic CNC ring die drilling machine and vacuum heat treatment technology.

The cutter assembly can control the length of final pellet and the scraper can clean up the reduce of the empty shaft, avoid material deterioration and contamination of other materials.

There is a separate electric control cabinet beside each RICHI feed pellet machine, this control cabinet can independently control the operation of the pellet machine and issue instruction. In case of emergency, the pellet machine can be shut down separately for maintenance without affecting the normal operation of other equipment.
